I am an Associate Professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.

I am an economic sociologist whose research identifies network-based mechanisms driving inequality, focusing on networking, hiring and referrals. My work seeks to provide science-based tools organizations can use to design practices that facilitate greater diversity, equity, and inclusion.

At McGill, my service focuses on heightening the profile of Business Ethics in management education. I am also passionate about teaching International Business.
