Welcome to my website!
I am an Assistant Professor in Strategy and Organization at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University, where I teach courses in International Management.
In my research, I use my background as an economic sociologist to explain how social networks (i.e., who we know) contribute to inequality in career attainment, with the goal of creating solutions that can reduce these differences.
Much of my research takes place in China and aims to explore how institutions shape these processes. Professionally fluent in Chinese, I have been studying, working and conducting research in China since 1995.
